Local presence within each EU member state

Prompt request processing

The first step after receiving an enquiry from the Data Subject or from the Data Protection Authority, is to respond with a statement confirming the request is being analyzed. At the same time we forward the request to our clients and suggest them how to respond to it both in terms of content as well as of reaction time.

Article 30 - Record retention

Beside the the obligation concerning the communication with Data Subjects and Authorities, Article 30 of GDPR requires by the Data Protection Representative to keep a copy of their client's records of processing for review by the local EU Data Protection Authorities.

PDP Group keeps such a records safely just in case such a request from the Authority might arrive. Of course we inform our client if and when the request occurs.
