GDPR and article 27 – does it affect your business?
GDPR applies to all business entities processing the personal data (including ip addresses, cookies, bank information, etc.) belonging to european union based individuals.
If your company is affected by the GDPR but it is not physically located within the european union (i.e. you do not have a physical office), article 27 requires you to appoint a representative in the european union.
